“Stayed one night for New Year’s Eve. Current restrictions meant the bars and restaurants were closed. However, we still had a lovely stay and staff were so friendly and helpful. Great quirky hotel in an excellent location for tourists. Love the decor!

An ample continental breakfast was brought to our room and was delicious. Such a treat to have breakfast in bed at our leisure. Gave left over croissants to homeless person as shame to waste. Well done to the manager and staff, especially Alberto!

The staff were attentive, the room large enough for a family of four and a location to die for. We were actually in the zone for the New Year Fireworks and the hotel gave us complementary tickets to see them.

Another great touch were the guest cupboards where you could help yourself to more tea, coffee or any other bits you rang out of and a free cold water dispenser with plastic bottles was brilliant to fill a couple for going to a show. First night we requested extra pillows and they delivered them within ten minutes.”

“A fabulous central location in Westminster and walking distance to so many major attractions, as well as buses and trains. Staff were very friendly and able to answer any questions we had. We arrived rather early expecting to have our luggage stored and our room was ready for us so were able to get into our room when we arrived.

A nice surprise was the chocolates and wine left for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We had a one bedroom apartment and while small, gave us enough room to spread out for the 10 days we were there. Having a full kitchen and washing machine in central London was also a great cost saving thing.

The free coffee machine in the foyer was awesome! We hope we get the chance to stay here again when we finally make our way back to London. We were here for Christmas and New Year – even got to see the fireworks from just outside the hotel on midnight on NYE.”

Room was exceptionally cleaned had a lovely bottle of Prosecco and kids fruit shoots in our room. Bottled water and bathrobe and slippers. Plenty of tea and coffee and an nespresso machine. Had a city view where we could see the shard and New Year’s Eve we could see the fireworks from the room.

The room was really big and my children loved watching the trains go by. The location of this hotel is ideal short walk from Waterloo and London eye, southbank very great for sight seeing.

The staff are so friendly from the friendly Team at check in to the restaurant staff and cleaners, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and have a wonderful stay I can’t rate them enough. Thanks to you all and we will be back for sure as our favourite place to stay.

Before booking as we used reward points I had an issue and the customer service for park plaza was also brilliant so helpful and sorted the issue really quickly and worry free.
