CARROLL COUNTY, Georgia (WJW) – Grace Kelley, the daughter of country singer Wynonna Judd, was arrested in Georgia last weekend, just a few months after being taken into custody for indecent exposure in April
According to records, Kelley was booked into the Carroll County Jail in Georgia on Saturday, Aug. 3.
She’s charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license, using motorcycle equipment improperly, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.
Kelley was released on a $2,750 bond, court records show.
Authorities have not yet released any additional details.
This isn’t the first time the 28-year-old has had a run-in with the law.
Back in April, Kelley was arrested for indecent exposure. She was later charged with soliciting prostitution and obstructing governmental operations, according to the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office.
However, as Fox News reported, the prostitution charge was dismissed and the indecent exposure charge was lowered to a lewd conduct offense later that month.
Kelley was ordered to pay a $200 fine with 90 days in jail suspended for the lewd conduct charge. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 30 days suspended and made to pay a $500 fine for the obstructing government operations charge, Fox News reports.
In 2016, she was arrested for meth possession and was ordered to participate in a court-mandated drug recovery program, Entertainment Tonight reported, but she was later sentenced to eight years in prison after leaving the program early.
Kelley was released on parole in 2019 but has been arrested on multiple occasions for parole violations, the outlet reported.
