WASHINGTON — One team has officially punched their ticket to play in Super Bowl LX, with one more spot still up for grabs.

The New England Patriots will be heading to their 12th Super Bowl in franchise history after beating the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship game Sunday.

The Patriots will face the winner of Sunday night’s NFC Championship between the Los Angeles Rams and the Seattle Seahawks.

Last week’s divisional round of the NFL playoffs saw this year’s Super Bowl hopes end for the Buffalo Bills, the San Francisco 49ers, the Houston Texans and the Chicago Bears.

Super Bowl 60 will kick off on Sunday, Feb. 8, at 6:30 p.m. Eastern time. Super Bowl 60 will be played at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. 

Levi’s Stadium last hosted the big game in 2016 for Super Bowl 50. It featured the Denver Broncos defeating the Carolina Panthers, 24-10.
