THIS is the moment a woman aggressively dragged her pet jaguar cub to a shopping centre, which sparked an animal cruelty probe.
The disturbing scene unfolded in residential Jalisco, Mexico, which was filmed and later went viral on social media.

In the clip, the cub is seen getting pulled forcibly across the road to a local grocer.
The black jaguar looked uncomfortable and was resisting the woman’s command.
The reluctant cat was then dragged along the road and smashed into the curb as its “owner” entered the store.
The terrible moment was caught on camera by Mexican actress Sandra Echeverria, who happened to be in the nearby neighbourhood of Tepatitlan for a film shoot.
The woman subsequently took to Twitter and lambasted the act of animal cruelty.
She said: “Today filming in Tepatitlan we saw a woman with a baby puma.
“She was pulling him on a leash.
“I hope you can help save this poor little animal – Pumas are not pets.
“His place is not inside a house or being tied up.”
The video went viral and Federal Attorney for Environmental Protection officials got involved.
Investigators were able to to seize the feline and confirmed it was a jaguar, not a puma.
It was found at the woman’s home with authorities unable to locate proper documentation that proved ownership.
The jaguar was placed under precautionary confiscation and taken to a zoo where appropriate attention and care could be provided.
According to local reports, officers from FEAP said the jaguar would be held in compliance with current environmental legislation that ensured proper treatment of the animal.
It is unclear if the woman faced any charges.
