Vancouver Police Dept. – The Vancouver Police are attempting to locate a missing elderly male who is medically endangered. Richard Brown, 82 years old, was last seen in the area of SE Olympia Dr and SE 15th St around 7 PM on 10/24/2025. He was wearing black sweatpants, an orange-colored sweatshirt and brown house slippers. Richard is 5’10”, 170 pounds, with gray hair and a gray beard.
