KYIV, Ukraine — Cities across Ukraine reported explosions Saturday after a morning attack in the capital that awoke residents before air sirens could be heard. Ukraine’s air force said the first Kyiv attack was “most likely” conducted by Russian ballistic missiles. One explosion, in Dnipro, damaged a residential building and trapped people under the rubble, officials said.
