WeWork Inc. has two coworking spaces in greater Downtown, totaling 145,000 square feet and representing the company’s two current locations in Missouri and Kansas. With WeWork expressing “substantial doubts” about its ability to remain a “going concern,” any collapse could affect the area’s office market.
