PHOENIX — One person is dead and another seriously injured after a shooting in Phoenix, police say.
It happened just after 5 pm., near 91st Avenue and Indian School Road on Friday.
When officers arrived, two adults were found with at least one gunshot wound. They were taken to a hospital with serious injuries, according to police.
One of the victims, Shondra Lynn Pregler, did not survive her injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
It is unclear what led to the shooting or if anyone has been taken into custody.
The investigation remains ongoing.
