Tribal Council votes to allow cannabis retailers to sell tobacco products | Cannabis Law Report

AKWESASNE — The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Council last week approved the final draft of the amended adult use cannabis ordinance to now allow licensed cannabis retailers also to sell tobacco products, according to a press release from the Tribe.
