Off-channel booking aggregator Traxo has partnered with travel data management provider Agentivity to provide travel management companies with data on clients’ supplier-direct bookings, the companies announced.

The companies said their partnership would give TMCs greater abilities in servicing off-channel bookings, as they can integrate such services as itineraries, data automation and data sharing with duty-of-care providers. TMCs also can receive merged reporting on the client’s travel data.

“Having access to the client’s supplier.com bookings made outside the TMC channel provides additional servicing opportunities,” according to Edd McArdle, head of product and partnerships for the U.K.-based Agentivity. “It also addresses the upsell challenge in that we can now provide the TMC with visibility on content for the next trip the client would usually book themselves.”

TMCs will not be able to access direct booking data without the permission of the corporate client, according to the companies.
