TheUniversity of Connecticutdeveloped the first US university class on cannabis horticulture. There is a fundamental course and an advanced course. Students not seeking a degree are welcome. The program sits within the College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources (CAHNR) which also hosts acannabis research unit focused on cannabis production analysis and improvement as well as just increased knowledge about the plant.
