SG Lewis, Hannah Wants, Keinemusik’s Adam Port and many more are heading to Malta for the second edition of the Defected Records-led festival.

The latest lineup from Defected Records only serves to reinforce the prevailing notion that the label’s curation is second to none.

The renowned house music imprint and event organizer, which was named last year’s top record label in EDM.com‘s “Best of 2022: Industry Leaders” list, has revealed the lineup for the second edition of its Maltese festival offshoot, Defected Malta.

After its show-stopping debut in October 2022, the festival is set to return to the radiant shores of St. Paul’s Bay from October 6-8. Organizers today revealed a stellar lineup featuring SG Lewis, Hannah Wants, Keinemusik’s Adam Port, Jamz Supernova, Monki, Todd Edwards, Mason Collective and many more.

Last year’s fest put Defected Malta on the map as one of the world’s best destination electronic music festivals. Now the label is looking to level up in 2023 by taking over the island’s “most in-demand venues,” like Fort Saint Elmo, a historic military fort and UNESCO World Heritage Site. The festival will also return to the lavish Café del Mar beach club this year.

“I am delighted to be returning to Malta for the second edition of our festival,” said Defected CEO Wez Saunders. “Last year exceeded all expectations, and we very much look forward to returning with new stages and a diverse lineup of incredible talent.”
