The One Group, led by Shahar Zarfati and Moral Assaraf, has joined COMPASS in Houston.
The brokerage, which has 13 agents, was previously affiliated with Radius. It had $19 million in sales volume in 2023, its first year of operation, and specializes in new construction. Zarfati and Assaraf have a combined total of over 200,000 Instagram followers.
