The TGA is taking a cannabis company to court for allegedly advertising CBD oils directly to patients as possible treatments for gonorrhoea, autism and stress.

The watchdog alleges that 21 blog posts and links on the website of CDA Clinics Qld, called CDA Express, breached its advertising rules between April and July 2021.
