KANSAS CITY, Missouri (KTRK) — The University of Houston men’s basketball team looks to keep their Big 12 title aspirations alive against Iowa State at the T-Mobile Center on Saturday afternoon.

No. 1 UH trounced Texas Tech in an 82-59 victory in the conference semifinals on Friday night.

Houston is currently on an 11-game hot streak, while Iowa State is on a two-game winning streak.

In UH’s last meeting against Iowa State, the top-seeded Cougars cruised past the Cyclones, 73-65, at home in the Fertitta Center on Feb. 19.

You can catch the Big 12 title game between Houston and Iowa State on Saturday at 5 p.m. on ESPN.

Not to mention, the Cougars will find out their NCAA tournament seeding on Selection Sunday.
