(FOX40.COM) — Despite the closure of Rubio’s Coastal Grill, there is no shortage of fish tacos in the Sacramento area.
Rubio’s, a Mexican seafood-inspired chain founded and based in Southern California, closed 48 locations in the state, including all locations near Sacramento. The chain filed for bankruptcy shortly after the closures.
