Emmerdale has seemingly revealed Caleb and Tracy are at the centre of the “passionate and steamy” affair storyline teased earlier this month.
The duo shared a shock kiss tonight in the heat of the moment, but it’s clear Tracy’s conflicted over her feelings. With an affair plot confirmed recently by show bosses, it seems more than likely this is the start of it.

What happened in Emmerdale tonight?
The Dingle Court continued tonight as Lydia tried to work out who killed Craig. After Belle’s story was revealed yesterday – or at least the parts of it Belle wanted to share with her family – it was the turn of several others tonight.
First, Chas and Charity were shown getting drunk at the Woolpack in the back room. Charity was then seen confessing to Chas she wanted to get back with Mack and she was going to tell him the very next day.
Then we went to Vinny and Aaron, arguing at the scrap yard. Aaron turned on Vinny and demanded he pay back every penny he’d made since Liv’s death as it was all money owed to Aaron. However, Vinny didn’t reveal this detail to the Dingle Court. He instead told them they were talking about their future.
Caleb and Nate then revealed their stories. It turned out Tracy was central to both. She argued with Nate over his role in supporting Caleb as he beat up Amit. She then stormed over to Caleb to tell him to keep Nate out of his violent altercations in future.
“Nobody owns Nate and certainly nobody owns me,” she screamed just before Caleb pulled her in for a kiss.
Although Tracy pushed him back, after a split second looking at him, she was the one who went back for more! After they kissed passionately, Tracy fled Caleb’s house and returned to Nate.
She could barely look him in the eye, especially when she noticed Caleb had sent her a text reading: “Our secret is safe with me.” Nate believed she was still angry with him. But little does he know what was really bothering her…

Emmerdale affair for Caleb and Tracy?
Tracy and Nate may have only been married for five minutes, but things have been rocky from the start (actually from the start of their whole relationship, not just their marriage). He’s previously cheated on her, she was then left furious when he got involved with Harry and the guns and kicked him out. Then she took him back, on the proviso it was no more lies.
But now she’s the one keeping a secret!
So, is Caleb and Tracy’s kiss going to turn into a full-blown affair? It looks likely!
At a recent Emmerdale press day, producer Laura Shaw revealed: “We love an affair in soap, so we’ve got a very passionate, steamy affair coming up between two people, and one of them at the moment is seemingly very happily married.”
She continued: “The affair is going to have huge repercussions.” And one of the big repercussions will see a new arrival coming to the village.
Laura added: “It’s going to affect a lot of our villagers. It’s also going to ultimately lead to a new arrival joining the show, which I can’t tell you about just yet because it won’t be until next year, but we’re very excited about it here.”
But one thing’s for sure – it’s going to cause chaos with fan favourites. The producer teased: “It’s going to be explosive, and that new arrival is going to cause uproar in the village.”
It now seems certain Laura was referring to Caleb and Tracy. But how will this new arrival fit in? Who is it? And what will happen when Nate finds out the trut?. Are Tracy and Nate strong enough to survive this?

Fans have predicted this Emmerdale affair already
The surprise kiss may not come as a shock to some fans, who already saw this coming.
Earlier this year Tracy was determined to raise the funds to start her own nursery. She received a surprise offer of help from Caleb. But things turned sour when he wanted to see her business plan and asked too many tough questions. Tracy felt humiliated and Nate was furious.
However, back when these scenes aired in July, fans spotted chemistry between Tracy and Caleb – and were soon predicting they would sleep together.
“Anybody else think Tracy will sleep with Caleb?” questioned one. Another said: “How long till Tracy and Caleb have an affair?”
Emmerdale favourite Bradley Johnson has shared the news that he’s engaged to his girlfriend of a two years.
The Vinny Dingle actor shared that he popped the question to girlfriend Sammie Johnstone during a romantic trip to Rome.
The star shared a sweet snap of himself and his new fiancée in front of the famous Colosseum, showing off Sammie’s new engagement ring. He captioned it: “When in Rome,” and added the engagement ring emoji.
The couple have been together since August 2021.

Bradley’s Emmerdale co-stars flooded his Instagram post with well-wishes. Aaron Dingle star Danny Miller said: “Knew you’d smash it my brother!!! Congratulations Brad and Sammy! Sending all the love mate. Enjoy!”
Mark Charnock, who plays Marlon Dingle, shared his surprise as he added a heart and ring emoji with the words: “Oh my god!!! Thrilled for you both. Xx.” Amy Walsh also sounded shocked at the news: “Oh my god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bradders!!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!! So happy for you mate.”
Vicar Charles Anderson actor Kevin Mathurin wrote: “Yes mate!! Congratulations to you both.” Lydia Dingle star Karen Blick said: “Ahh fabulous news congratulations guys.”
Natalie Ann Jamieson, who plays Amy Wyatt in the ITV soap, said: “Congratulations!!! Can’t believe she said yes!? hahaha. Lots of love you beautiful pair x x.”
Will Taylor actor Dean Andrews added: “Congrats you two lovebirds. I can see where the Emmerdale budget is going.”
And Olivia Bromley, who plays Dawn Taylor, added: “Congratulations you beauties! Xx.”

Bradley’s romance with fiancée Sammie
Back in August 2022, Bradley revealed to fans the couple were celebrating their one-year anniversary. In a touching post he called Sammie his “soulmate”.
He wrote: “One year with my soulmate!! How time flies. We have done so much together! Here is to many more!! Love you @sammiejojo92.”
Fans previously thought Bradley was dating former co-star Isobel Steel. However, the ex Liv Flaherty actress revealed they were just good friends.
She said last year: “Brad is wonderful and such a good friend of mine. We are very similar and work really well together when we have scenes just us two.
“I can see why people jumped to conclusions, seeing two characters spending time together on and off-screen! For the record, me and Brad are not in a relationship. We are just very good friends who enjoy each other’s company out of work as well as in work.”

This week, Belle teamed up with Mandy and Vinny to teach Craig a lesson.
She then attended one of Craig’s work talks and pretended to be a guest at the event.
When it was time to ask questions, Belle started quizzing Craig on Lydia’s rape in front of everyone.
Craig later urged security to remove the Dingles from the building before later turning up at the Woolpack and accusing Belle of deformation.
Tonight, Belle wanted to make Craig pay and was seen staring at her bleeding hand on the night of Craig’s death.
But, could Belle be Craig’s murderer? Could she have wanted to protect Lydia so much that she had Craig killed?

Last night (Thursday, October 26), Belle opened up about the impact Lisa’s rape had on her growing up. This contributed to her passion for bringing Craig down.
Now, a new fan theory predicts that Belle could’ve heard Lisa’s voice during a schizophrenic episode. She could have then been encouraged to kill Craig.

Could Belle be Craig’s killer?
Belle’s killed before so she’s more than capable of killing Craig should she want to. And, she’s already made it clear to Craig how much she wants justice for Lydia.
Next week, a flashback shows that Tom proposed to Belle on the night of Craig’s death. But, why was Belle’s hand bleeding? Is she telling the full story? Could Belle be Craig’s killer?
However, she then couldn’t lie to herself any longer and kissed Jacob passionately before sleeping with him.

Fans feel uncomfortable about Jacob and Vic age gap
Emmerdale fans have been left feeling uncomfortable about Jacob and Victoria’s age gap. They feel icky about the developing spark between the two, especially as Victoria used to be with Jacob’s dad, David.
One fan wrote: “Where the [bleep] did this come from? Maybe if like she said she wasn’t literally all set to be his step mum 5 minutes ago. Plus the 10 year age difference. Kinda giving weird Maya vibes. Like Jacob somehow thinks it’s perfectly acceptable to fall for his step mum.”

Emmerdale fans have been left uncomfortable by Jacob and Victoria’s age gap. However, is it really that wrong?
Jacob is twenty years old whilst Victoria is twenty-nine years old, making their age gap one of nine years.
To put this into perspective, this isn’t anywhere near as big of a gap as Victoria and David’s relationship was. They had an age gap of twelve years.

David has been part of life in Emmerdale for almost two decades. But now, after 17 years with the show, actor Matthew Wolfenden has announced he’s moving on.
Matthew visited This Morning recently to talk about leaving the show and he admitted he was “so nervous” about his decision. But he added it was the right time to go.
He told viewers that David isn’t being killed off so the door will be left open for the stressed-out shopkeeper to return in the future.
“Who knows?” he teased. “I might be back.”
And he gave a few hints about how David might exit the show, mentioning that Victoria Sugden will be central to Mr Metcalfe’s departure.
Victoria and David fell for one another while he was still mixed up with serial killer Meena Jutla. They risked death (well, Victoria did!) and the disapproval of their friends to be together
But their romance fell apart when David lied to the police and told them Victoria had been driving his speeding van – when really it was him!
Now David’s feelings for Vic have resurfaced and it seems this could be what leads to him leaving the village.
He said there would be a “resolution of sorts” but added: “Victoria is the reason he leaves the village, put it that way.”
Matthew is taking to the stage when he waves goodbye to the Dale. He’ll be playing Buddy the elf in the West End production of Elf this Christmas, alongside Strictly star Tom Chambers.

In the summer, rumours were rife that Samantha Giles, who plays Bernice, had quit the show for the fourth time.
The Sun reported that Samantha had decided it was time to call it quits – again – and had told the show’s bosses she wanted to move on.
Like her co-star Matthew Wolfenden, Samantha will be treading the boards this Christmas – she’s appearing in Cinderella at the Alhambra theatre in Bradford this festive season.

Actress Michelle Hardwick announced she was expecting her second baby last year. Michelle and wife Kate Brooks already have son, Teddy, who is two. Michelle gave birth to baby Betty in November 2022.
Her maternity leave has meant Vanessa has been off screens again this year. Viewers watched as Vanessa decided to take a job in Canada.
She was meant to be going with love interest Suzy, but the pair split up over the lack of trust in their relationship. At the last minute, Vanessa left alone.
It’s not known how long Michelle is expected to take for maternity leave, but it’s thought she’ll be back at the end of 2023, which means things Vanessa could already be booking her tickets for a flight home!
But what will be waiting for her in Emmerdale? A rekindled romance with Suzy? Or newly single Charity?! And what will Ness’s return mean for new vet, Tom King?

It was a busy few months for Kerry Wyatt in the build-up to her exit.
She confessed Chloe was in fact her real daughter, who she’d given up at birth. Then she discovered the truth about cheating fiancé Al Chapman. With life in the village all too much, Kerry decided to leave the village to take a job on cruise ships.
Although nothing has been confirmed, she expected to take roughly a year away from the Dales, as she did with her first child. And she has already appeared on a video call with Chloe after the young mum gave birth.
Kerry is expected to return to the village in November 2023 – but what dramas will she return with this time?

Caleb Miligan’s wife?
Emmerdale dropped a huge bombshell just before Easter when they revealed Caleb Milligan is the long-lost son of Faith Dingle and Frank Tate.
Caleb’s plan to steal Home Farm and ruin Kim Tate went very, very wrong when she caught him out – and kicked him out. Brother Cain also turned his back on Caleb when he discovered how Caleb had ruined Moira and her business as part of his plot.
Caleb ended up at the bottom of a cliff and it was revealed his son, Nicky, who had been working with his dad, had pushed him. Nicky and Caleb made up and are making a go of things in the village.
But what about Nicky’s mum – where is she? Do we know Caleb’s estranged wife? Is she already in town? Or have we met her before? She’s the last missing piece of the puzzle, so surely it’s only a matter of time before we get to meet her too?
