Suspect charged after SUV plows into bus stop outside Texas migrant center

The alleged driver of an SUV that drove through a bus stop outside a migrant center in Brownsville, Texas, is being charged with multiple counts of manslaughter and assault. At least eight people were killed and 10 others were injured. Nicole Sganga reports.
