Authorities have not released any details on the incident.
KERSHAW, S.C. — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office were investigating a situation in Kershaw on Wednesday night.
Dozens of law enforcement officers were on North Matson Street just west of Highway 521. Investigators did not say why there was such a large police presence.
No injuries have been reported at this time. No information on any suspects has been released. The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office and SLED did not return requests for comment.
