Europe truly fell in love with Sissal thanks to her incredible vocal skills and charming personality as Denmark’s 2025 Eurovision Song Contest star. While Hallucination became a fan favourite of the contest in Basel, Sissal is ready for more Eurovision fun as she throws her hat into the ring of Denmark’s 2025 national selection, Dansk Melodi Grand Prix, with her new entry Infinity.
Sissal shared some of her reasons for returning: “I have been greeted by warmth, inclusiveness and love from both the audience and the entire Eurovision community, which still moves me deeply. There’s something so special and almost magical about it, and it’s a world I love being a part of.”
She adds: “I know that some people think, “Why already?” or ask why you don’t leave room for others, but there is room for all of us. For me, DMGP isn’t about taking up space, but about contributing. I always cheer for Denmark, for the best song and for the best artist – whoever that may be.”
Infinity sees Sissal collaborate with Joy Deb, Linnea Deb, Jimmy Joker, Chris Chordz and Malthe Johansen. The number is another up-tempo that showcases Sissal’s powerful vocals atop danceable contemporary production.
