Serious crash closes Western Boulevard ramp in Raleigh; downed powerlines, stoplights cause delays

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) — A serious crash occurred Friday morning at the intersection of Western Boulevard and Blue Ridge Road in Raleigh.

ABC11 Eyewitness News is on the scene, reporting downed powerlines and toppled stoplights.

The ramp is closed on Exit 2 (Western Boulevard), according to NCDOT, and is expected to remain closed for several hours.
