SEE IT! Aidan Shaw returns in season 2 teaser of ‘And Just Like That’

What’s old is turning out to be new all over again for the second season of HBO Max’s “Sex and the City” sequel series, “And Just Like That.”

The official teaser for the new season was released on Wednesday, showing Carrie Bradshaw (played by Sarah Jessica Parker) and her besties Miranda Hobbs (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte York Goldenblatt (Kristin Davis) living their best middle-aged lives in New York City.

And just like the first season of the drama-comedy spinoff, an old flame is heating up the storyline.

Carrie, who says she’s “been having exit-out-of-grief sex” after the unexpected death of her husband in the first season, comes face-to-face with the lover that got away. Aidan Shaw shows up in the last scene of the trailer.

Last summer, it was reported that John Corbett would make his long-awaited return to the “Sex and the City” universe, reprising the brawny but compassionate furniture maker and bar owner.

The “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” alum also reprised the role in the “Sex and the City 2″ movie, during a chance meeting in Abu Dhabi that ended with a kiss.

Elsewhere in the trailer, Miranda is taking “a big step up” in terms of her relationship with her non-binary partner Che (played by Sara Ramirez), while Charlotte’s teenage daughter informs her parents that she’s “ready to lose [her] virginity.”

The much-buzzed-about introduction of women characters of color (portrayed by Sarita Choudhury, Nicole Ari Parker and Karen Pittman) gets another go in the new season.

Glimpses of Oliver Hudson, Victor Garber and Gary Dourdon are also seen in the trailer.

“And Just Like That” returns to HBO Max (soon to be known just as Max) in June.
