Search transitions to recovery for 3 missing men in Iowa building collapse

Three men who lived in an Iowa apartment building which partially collapsed last weekend were still missing as of Friday, with authorities now calling the search for them a recovery operation. Engineering reports conducted prior to the collapse show that the owner was warned parts of the building were structurally unstable. Roxana Saberi has the latest.
