“Saving Private Ryan” star Tom Sizemore is in critical condition after a brain aneurysm, his manager said Sunday.

The 61-year-old actor was hospitalized in intensive care.

“It’s a wait and see situation,” the manager, Charles Lago, told the Daily News in a statement. “His family is aware and waiting for updates. There are no future updates at this time.”

Sizemore was found unconscious at his Los Angeles home around 2 a.m., according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Born in Detroit, Sizemore has appeared in more than 200 film and TV roles in his career. He played Technical Sgt. Mike Horvath in 1998′s “Saving Private Ryan,” the Steven Spielberg-directed war epic starring Tom Hanks.

Sizemore appeared three years later in the World War II-set “Pearl Harbor,” directed by Michael Bay, and another popular war drama, “Black Hawk Down,” helmed by Ridley Scott. He is also known for crime films such as 1995′s “Heat” and 1999′s “Witness Protection,” for which Sizemore received his lone Golden Globe Awards nomination.

In recent years, Sizemore has had roles on the series “Twin Peaks” and “Cobra Kai.”

The actor has frequently spoken about his battle with substance abuse, including on a 2010 episode of “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew” and in a 2013 memoir, “By Some Miracle I Made It Out of There.”

A 2017 report by The Hollywood Reporter said Sizemore was removed from the “Born Killers” set in Utah in 2003 after being accused of molesting an 11-year-old girl. The child’s parents didn’t press charges, and Sizemore returned for reshoots in Malibu, Calif., several months later, according to THR.

Sizemore publicly denied the molestation allegation after the report emerged. A judge later dismissed a 2018 civil lawsuit from the alleged victim, who was 26 when she filed it, according to USA Today.

In 2003, Sizemore was convicted of abusing his girlfriend, former “Hollywood Madam” Heidi Fleiss.
