Route 206 shut down after serious crash in Shamong Twp.
SHAMONG TOWNSHIP, N.J. (WPVI) — A serious crash shut down Route 206 in Burlington County on Monday night.
It happened just before 8 p.m. near Atsion Road in Shamong Township.

Emergency responders arrived to find a vehicle overturned off the road and a pickup truck with front-end damage.
Police say injuries were reported, but further details have not been released.
The view from Chopper 6 showed marine units searching the water near the scene of the crash.
As of 11:30 p.m., southbound travel on Route 206 remains closed between Stokes Road and Atsion Lake.
