Kanye West and his “wife” Bianca Censori left Italy in a hurry.
West was photographed with his pants down on a gondola in Venice with Censori, who joined him six months ago in a non-legal bonding ceremony.
Sources say Venetian authorities were debating pressing charges against him for a lewd act committed in public. But he wasn’t t charged and the frisky couple got on a private jet and headed to Ireland.
“Italians were getting sick of his antics anyways,” said one source.
While they returned to Florence after Ireland, they didn’t stay long before flying to Berlin, where the locals are more open to freaky behavior.

The President’s diplomats had been in serious talks for months planning for Madonna to attend the awards ceremony at 583 Park Ave. with her children, but the pop queen cited the intense rehearsal schedule for her tour opening Oct. 14 in London.
Madonna missed seeing Dr. Ramon Tallaj, the founder of SOMOS Community Care, get an award for providing health care to the underserved.
The singer has financed programs for orphans in Malawi since 2006.

Rolling Stone magazine founder Jann Wenner didn’t include any minorities or any women in “The Masters,” his new book about the stars of rock music, and now he’ll pay the price.
Wenner, whose book includes Mick Jagger, Bob Dylan, Bono and Bruce Springsteen, was thrown off the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame board for his exclusivity.
In an interview, Wenner said that no woman and no black artist was “articulate enough on this intellectual level.”
“It’s a slap in the face,” Vernon Reid, of Living Colour, told me.
Reid rattled off the names of Stevie Wonder, Prince, Curtis Mayfield, Chuck Berry and Sly Stone. For women, he suggested Joni Mitchell, Grace Slick, and Aretha Franklin.
“It’s absurd in 2023 that we are having these kinds of discussions,” said Reid, who graced the cover of Rolling Stone in 1990.
“Counter culture isn’t as counter to the culture as it pretends to be.”
Reid pointed out that rock music evolved from the blues played by black musicians.
The guitarist, whose band is touring both sides of the Atlantic with Xtreme, will have a new record out next year.

There were stylish hat snatchers at the fancy lunch for 36 first ladies from around the world, including those from Serbia, Albania, and Paraguay, at 583 Park Ave.
The stylish fete for 300 on the first day of the United Nations General Assembly last week was a tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth, plus her dress designer Stewart Parvin and milliner Rachel Trevor-Morgan.
Instead of centerpieces, milliner Suzanne Newman put expensive one-of-a kind hats on mannequins’ heads on the tables. But at the end of the lunch, guests who usually grab the flowers, grabbed the hats.
About six, worth over $15,000 went missing before organizers realized the thefts. Now organizers hope they will be returned promptly, no questions asked.
South African designer Thebe Magugu, Hugo Boss CEO Daniel Grieder and Jean Shafiroff were honored.
Guests included designer June Ambrose, “Twin Peaks” star Amy Shiels, Laine Siklos, Marcelo Carvalho de Andrade, Dr. Ines Hernandez, Chaz Dean, Sofie Mahlkvist, Daniel Stock and artist Bonnie Lautenberg.

Sean Penn — promoting “Superpower,” his documentary about Ukraine — told British newspaper The Guardian he wishes a painful death to Soviet strongman Vladimir Putin.
“I would not react differently to Putin’s death by natural means than I would, let’s say, if he were stripped naked and burned bit by bit to death by cigarettes and had people defecate on him until he had nothing else to eat,” Penn said.
“It would be the same. I don’t count him among us.’”

Hollywood’s original Momager, Dina Lohan, was gushing about her new grandson Luai at the Ellen Hermanson Foundation gala at the Bridgehampton Tennis and Surf Club.
Dina said she couldn’t believe her baby—“Mean Girls” star Lindsay Lohan — was now a mom herself. “It’s too bad they don’t remain babies,” Dina said.
But what she didn’t reveal was whether or not she had plans to upgrade her title to Grandmomager.

At the recent Cipriani 42nd Street bash, where John and Margo Catsimatidis presented Bruce “Cousin Brucie” Morrow with an award for his contributions to music radio, the legendary disc jockey’s fans — known as “cousins” — lined up to take photos with him.
“Cousin Brucie was like catnip to the 40-plus crowd,” reported Hampton Sheet publisher Joan Jedell.
“It was like the first night of ‘The Bachelor’ — all the woman were vying for his attention. I even thought a fight would break out when one woman tried joining in another woman’s selfie with Morrow.”
Of course, no catfight ensue. Cousin Brucie humorously diffused the situation by explaining: “She’s no photo-bombing cousin of mine—she’s my wife!”

Jackie Martling, who had a long career with radio icon Howard Stern, is the star of “Joke Man,” a documentary directed by Ian Carr.
At its premiere at Cinema Village, Martling was joined by colleague Steve Grillo.
Ivy Supersonic, a frequent guest on Stern’s show, said after seeing ancient footage of Martling, “I had no idea he was so cute when he was young.”
Supersonic offered Martling a ride to Penn Station, where he would take the LIRR home, but Martling declined.
“So Jackie walked 24 blocks. He said, ‘The United Nations is in town, traffic is crazy.’”
Martling also walked when Stern wouldn’t give him a raise in 2001.
