GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Recovery efforts are underway after a network cybersecurity incident this past week in Glens Falls, city officials announced on Monday. The city’s third-party information technology (IT) provider recognized and responded to the cyber event immediately.
IT technicians were able to quickly identify and contain the issue, but select connections and electronic portals were disabled to guarantee the safety and security of residents and city employees.
