Reed & Mackay has named Snowden Chan as director of client experience for Asia, an area where the corporate travel and event management company is seeing “significant growth,” according to Asia-Pacific and Middle East CEO Jane Warren. Chan previously was head of client services and transformation in Greater China for Connexus Travel, and he also has had leadership roles in the region at both CWT and BCD Travel. Reed & Mackay’s Asia presence includes flagship operations in both Singapore and India.
