Queens handyman pleads guilty in dismemberment and killing of married lover he stuffed in duffel bag and dumped in park

A Queens handyman entered a guilty plea Wednesday in the savage stabbing death and dismemberment of his married lover in April.

David Bonola, 44, had already confessed before his manslaughter plea for the April 16 killing of Orsolya Gaal, whose remains were stuffed into a duffel bag and dumped in a nearby park after the deadly lovers’ quarrel in her basement.

Under his plea, Bonola faces a 25-year prison stay at his Nov. 16 sentencing, said Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz.

Gaal, 51, was stabbed more than 50 times when she tried to break off her relationship with the killer, and authorities said the spurned Bonola later admitted to the killing.

Bonola and the mother of two shared an on-and-off affair before their final and fatal meeting, where he arrived at her Forest Hills home in the middle of the night, grabbed a knife and attacked Gaal, authorities said.

He was caught on surveillance video hauling her hacked up body to Forest Park, where it was found.
