Psalms Fine Homes began presales in Monet Estates, the final neighborhood of the Riverstone master-planned community in Sugar Land. These homes will be the last homes for sale in the community.

The gated neighborhood of Monet Estates will include 32 single-family homes on 30-, 40- and 55-foot lots. All homes will be designed by Todd Rice of Rice Residential Design.

“In a convenient location adjacent to shopping and dining in Riverstone, Monet Estates offers an urban experience that isn’t typically found in a suburban setting,” Trey Reichert, senior vice president of Houston land development for Johnson Development and Riverstone general manager, said in a press release. “Plus, the unique styling of these luxury homes will add an interesting component to our streetscape.”

The three-story homes in Monet Estates will feature French exteriors, cast-stone balconies, flat tile roofs and three-car garages with wooden doors. All floor plans will also include the option for an elevator.

Pricing starts at $1.49 million.
