In Overland Park, Yellow Corp. has one of the largest office leases in the Aspiria campus and also has maintained a big lease at its former headquarters campus. Already on a lenders’ watchlist, the properties now could see additional consequences from the trucking company’s operational shutdown and potential, apparently imminent, bankruptcy filing.
