The priciest Syosset home sold in February was a 5-bedroom, 5-bath newly built farm ranch on 1 acre at 16 Spruce Park that sold for $1.7 million. It was listed by Debra Russell of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Craig Bell and Maxine Hollander of Realty Connect USA. 

A 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath bank-owned contemporary on 2 acres at 61 Sabine Road fetched $1.5 million. It was listed by Brian Zegans of HomeLink Homes and sold by Vanessa Gomez of Realty Connect USA LI. 

At 12 Raynham Drive, a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath newly built colonial on .18 acres went for $1.399 million. It was listed by Linda Koziatek of Realty Connect USA and sold by Linda Freedman of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
