Priciest home sales in Locust Valley (11560)

The three highest-priced home sales in Locust Valley last month ranged from $995,000 to $2.75 million. 

The priciest Locust Valley home sold in January was a 6-bedroom, 3.55-bath colonial on 2.52 acres at 11 Laurel Lane that sold for $2.75 million in cash. It was listed by Alexis McAndrew and Kristen Grace of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Daniel Gale’s Cynthia Ketchum. 

A 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath colonial on .46 acres at 72 Baldwin Ave. fetched $999,000. It was listed by Violetta Masterson and Thomas Masterson of Compass and sold by Lisa Eastman of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. 

At 21 Cross St., a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath newly built colonial on .18 acres went for $995,000. It was listed by Patricia Salegna and Louise Brooks of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Joanne Mackonochie of Compass.
