The three highest-priced home sales in Aquebogue last month ranged from $485,000 to $780,000. 

The priciest Aquebogue home sold in October was a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home on .77 acres at 79 Peconic Bay Blvd. that sold for $780,000. It was listed by Denice Lara and Jennifer Arena of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Gina Leslie of Nofo Real Estate. 

A 3-bedroom, 3-bath expanded ranch on .69 acres at 73 Fox Chaser Place fetched $765,000. It was listed by Haleh Field of Aliano Real Estate and sold by Virginia Buono of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty. 

At 438 Hubbard Ave., a 3-bedroom, 1-bath ranch on .48 acres went for $485,000. It was listed by Valerie Goode of Colony Realty and sold by Kathleen Coughlan and Helene Mandzik of Little Bay Realty.
