Police seek whereabouts of 2-year-old Chester, Pa. boy last seen in May

Police in Chester, Pa. are working to locate a missing two-year-old boy.

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) — Police in Chester, Pa. are working to locate a missing two-year-old boy.

Jeremiah Cottman was last seen by family members at Memorial Park for his birthday on May 28, investigators say.

Police say his mother is refusing to present him to Children and Youth Services to verify that he’s okay.

Now, CYS is seeking a court order, and Chester police are working to help find him.

Investigators say Jeremiah is also known as Jarimah Cottman and Jeremiah Jamar Ferguson.
