Turlock Police Department said the three children were last seen in the area of Starbucks at 1611 Lander Avenue just before 3 p.m.
Police identified the kids as:
Belladonna was last seen in a bright red shirt and blue jeans. Ophira was last seen in a black sweater, orange shirt and charcoal-colored leggings. Haylen was last seen in a purple sweatshirt and blue jeans.
