Hosted by PDFNJ’s workplace prevention program, Drugs Don’t Work in NJ, the webinar will examine the legal and legislative developments regarding cannabis use, measuring impairment, drug testing and how businesses can revise drug-free workplace policy and procedures.

The panelists will include Washington, D.C., attorneys Nancy Delogu, a nationally recognized authority on federal and state drug-free workplace and drug testing issues, as well as employment law expert Lauren Marcus, both with the Littler Mendelson PC law firm.

Representatives from companies and nonprofits of all sizes are invited to attend the webinar, and participants will receive follow-up information to help adjust their company’s policies and procedures.

“Adult use of marijuana is legal in New Jersey, and employers need to proactively address this issue in the workplace,” PDFNJ Executive Director Angelo Valente said in a statement. “This webinar will help business owners understand how to measure impairment and create a successful workplace policy.”
