MANTECA, Calif. — All lanes of northbound Highway 99 are closed at Austin Road in the Manteca area due to emergency repair work, according to Caltrans.
It’s not clear what led up to the emergency repairs at this time, and it’s not clear when the lanes will reopen.
For a detour, Caltrans suggested taking the northbound Highway 99 exit at the Austin Road off-ramp and return to northbound Highway 99 using the Austin Road on-ramp.
