PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Cooler air and scattered showers have filtered back into the region behind Saturday’s frontal system.

If you are traveling Highway 26 over Mount Hood, you should take note of winter weather driving conditions Sunday night through Monday morning.

Another system arrives on Monday with more rain. We are slowly eating away at what has a been a drier than normal April. Portland has received 1.26 inches of rainfall for the month of April so far. That is 1.33 inches below normal for the month-to-date.
