Ohio officer fired for releasing K-9 onto Black man who had surrendered

An officer for the Circleville Police Department in Ohio was fired Wednesday for an incident earlier this month, captured on body camera footage, in which he released a K-9 police dog onto a suspect who had his hands up and appeared to be surrendering.
