O'Dell Women's Center gives $100K to Springfield food pantries

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – The O’Dell Women’s Center Foundation has distributed $100,000 in emergency support to several Springfield-area food pantries.

This effort comes at a time when many households are experiencing increasing pressure due to recent SNAP benefit changes and the government shutdown, now reaching a historic point.

The O’Dell Women’s Center Foundation supports women’s economic independence through grants and program partnerships with local nonprofit organizations.
