Direct corporate retailing technology provider NuTravel has been renamed Traverse Technologies, president and CEO Michael Harbin announced at the Global Business Travel Association Convention in Dallas.

The name change “describes how we empower suppliers and their corporate customers to be untethered with new capabilities, without getting in the way,” said Harbin, who stepped up from chief strategy officer to the top executive position earlier this year.

Traverse also announced it has added Aeromexico as a new airline partner, working with the airline on its booking platform to deliver a “significant enhancement” for its corporate customers, according to the company. Traverse already works with Aeromexico partner Delta Air Lines as well as United Airlines, Air Canada and WestJet.
