New NC State Fair foods for 2025 include hot Cheeto pickle pizza, BBQ doughnuts

A barbecue doughnut, pickle juice popsicles and cotton candy iced tea are among the 86 new foods coming to the North Carolina State Fair for 2025.

The N.C. State Fair is Oct. 16-26 at the N.C. State Fairgrounds in Raleigh. This year will include several new rides and attractions.

The new food at the N.C. State Fair this year is a mix of sweet and savory. 

Sweet new NC State Fair food 🍨

• Cinnamon Peach Praline Cobbler Cookie: 6″ sugar cookie topped with buttercream icing, a scoop of our famous Peach Cobbler, and topped with cinnamon coated pecan pralines. (The Peach Cobbler Factory)
