Nationwide animal shelters say they’re facing a crisis – CBS News

Animal shelters across the country say they are at 95% capacity and approaching a crisis level as pets are given up. Some individual shelters are out of room, forcing them to make hard decisions. Kris Van Cleave reports on the issue, and on one shelter doing everything they can to help families keep their beloved pets at home.
