POLICE investigating the death of an Aussie teen who tripped and fell onto a knife are considering “all possibilities” as they investigate.
Bailey Jones, 18, died from a stab wound Friday evening in Bomaderry, New South Wales, at his cousin’s house.

There were reportedly ten others at the gathering when he fell onto a large knife on the driveway.
Calls to emergency services were made around 7pm that evening after Jones was fatally wounded.
Police have said all witnesses have been very cooperative as they continue to investigate the mysterious death.
Jones’ cousin wrote a touching tribute on Facebook for the slain teen which read: “I love you forever my beautiful baby cousin.”
“I’m going to be lost without you, I still don’t want to except your not longer here and that I can’t call you or see you at family events.”
“It’s already hurting so much you’ve left a hole in my heart that will never go away. Christmas with out you their, no sharing birthdays, please just come home I don’t want you to be gone life’s so cruel.”
Detective Ian Griffin has asked anyone will footage of the incident to tell police quickly.
Nothing in the investigation should “concern” the community, Griffin said, but said all possibilities are being considered.
He said: “It’s too early to speculate at this time but our eyes are open to all possibilities.”
Neighbours have expressed confusion on how the incident happened, with one commenting: “you just don’t fall onto a knife”.
The National Library of Medicine released a report on accidental “sharp force” fatalities in 2018 which discovered accidental death by sharp objects are incredibly uncommon.
The report said: “Accidents where the victim is killed by his own knife therefore appear to be extremely rare.”
Investigation is ongoing into Jones’ death.
