PORTLAND, Oregon — While it has been a chilly, wet and foggy start to Sunday, we will likely dry out with partly sunny skies this afternoon. Rain totals remain light – much of the Willamette Valley and Oregon coast received less than 0.10″ of rain so far today.

Winds will pick up this evening and into Monday morning with gusts up to 30 mph in Portland.

A sneaker wave threat is in place until this evening for the Northern and Central Oregon coast. The South Washington coast is under the same advisory.

On-and-off showers will stick around until the middle part of the work week. Thursday, Friday and Saturday all look dry with daytime highs in the mid to upper 50s.
