As you read this, odds are you’re sunbathing underneath the Italian sun, accompanied by a nautical towel, and an Aperol Spritz. Prepping for fall is probably the last thing on your mind—and rightly so. We want you to soak in those last bits of summer—and in order to make sure of it, we’ve gone deep in our Pinterest board, thoughtfully curating inspiration for your fall capsule wardrobe so you don’t have to. (We’re multitaskers, after all.)

The looks adorning said-Pinterest board are dark in hue, cozy in texture, and, of course, speak to the minimalist in each of us. As we stock our shopping carts to bring these fall looks to life, we’re reaching for versatile and elevated basics that can easily come along as the temperatures drop. Most importantly, as our co-founder and creative director Stefania Allen says, the pieces must be layerable, designed to take on and off as we move from outdoors to indoors. “Layering is one of the most important things to keep in mind when it comes to fall styling,” she explains, “it’s what makes an outfit not only unique, but also transitional as the weather shifts.”
