A 63-year-old man struck by a hit-and-run Mercedes Benz driver in Inwood on Christmas Eve has died after being hospitalized for more than 10 months, police said Thursday.

Felix Rosario Acosta was crossing Nagle Ave. by Arden St. about 5:40 a.m. on Dec. 24 when the black Mercedes slammed into him, cops said.

Acosta suffered extensive injuries and was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where he died on Oct. 22, cops said.

The victim lived in White Plains, N.Y., about 15 miles from where he was fatally struck.

The driver of the Mercedes was heading east on Nagle Ave. when he struck Acosta. He never stopped and fled the scene, police said.

Cops are asking anyone with information regarding this incident to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
