Nomax, a third-party logistics warehousing firm, leased a 100,759-square-foot industrial building in Westbury.

The company signed a three-year lease for the building on 4.5 acres at 601 Cantiague Rock Road that was formerly occupied by Rubie’s Costume Company.

Nomax had previously been leasing the property on a short-term basis.

Jeffrey Schwartzberg and Jason Miller of Premier Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, while Bobby Schliessman of MHM Realty represented the landlord, Richmond Associates, in the lease transaction.
