Once you’ve finished, you can focus on frying your eggs! When the doneness of your eggs is to your satisfaction, you can then set it aside.

When it comes to making the sauce, start by heating 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a saucepan. Add your onions and mushrooms, sautéing both for about 2 minutes. When those two minutes are up, pour 2 cups of beef broth into the pan, seasoning with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. About a tablespoon each will do the trick. Afterwards, bring it to a boil, and allow your dish to cook for 3 minutes on a low heat.

Season your loco moco recipe’s sauce with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Ingredients

  • 6 patties CDO Ulam Burger
  • 3 eggs
